Eating Invasive Species with Smithsonian.com

A recent article by Jennifer Billock for Smithsonian.com considers the potential benefits of eating invasive species. Invasivore editor Matt Barnes is quoted among other eating invasive species experts. In the article, Barnes praises the educational opportunities created by eating invasive species while cautioning for unintended negative repercussions reminiscent of Colonial India’s Cobra Effect.
